There is no cancellation facility for the product. Only exchange is applicable only when there is any manufacturing defect.

Return Policy

There is no Return facility for the product. Only exchange is applicable, only when there is any manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All types of goods are exempted from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All items are non-returnable, only exchange policy is implied where exchange will be valid till 3 days of purchase.

Non Exchangable Condition

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds 

As mentioned, refunds will not be applicable, only exchange will be there. 

For exchange, once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchangeable item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the item will be exchanged at the store if purchased from the store.

In case of online purchase, your exchanged item will be delivered to you online for which shipping charges will be bearable by you.

Late or missing refunds

As mentioned, refunds will not be applicable, only exchange will be there. 

If you are late to return exchange item above 3 days of delivery, then exchange will not be applicable.

Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a large or valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
